SABAL POINTE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Been a resident for two years. I have no complaints. The move in process was simple and fast. Our apartment is clean no bugs or mold. Its affordable. The pool is clean and relaxing. Space for you to have a function by the pool it’s nice. Best of all the women in the leasing office are extremely pleasant and helpful. Maintenance has always been on top of there job and they patrol the complex often. Ms. Camille and Ms. Betty both help me understand anything I have any concerns with. They’ve also updated some stuff so we can control some of our apartment with our phone. Very convenient!.

My wife and I just purchased a new build in Jensen Beach and we are blown away by how stress free the process was. After a difficult closing on our old home, Joe Rauso made our life so easy with the purchase of the new home. He was very accommodating and was able to provide us with anything we needed to help make the transition easier. Plus, we got plenty of wonderful incentives to purchase and really felt like we are wanted in this community. It’s a beautiful community and we cannot wait to grow with the community!.

3 years later and I still love it here! New property management staff is awesome! Last night they did bingo by the pool, lots of prizes, some pizza and lots of fun. I just renewed my lease for the fourth time and I plan on renewing it every year. Love it here. Love the apartment, neigbors staff are so nice. No loud parties or anything late at night, very peaceful. Very promt respones if ther is any maintenance issues.

Living at the Villas at Wyndham Lakes has been outstanding. Whether we are talking about maintenance issues or admin issues, the support is just awesome. Among others, Rigo and David always go out of their way with their professionalism and kindness to ensure that tenants remain happy. This place is highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great environment, great staff, and just peace of mind.

Mandy was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and worked with us every step of the way. What’s normally a stressful experience turned into a total breeze thanks to her. I truly appreciate her professionalism, but even more so her warm and personable approach. Thank you so much again, Mandy!.

I cannot say enough about the team at Windsor Coral Springs. I love it here so much I just renewed for another year. Jennifer is an AMAZING Property Manager. From her welcoming demeanor to her attention to detail, she keeps the property looking clean and classy. She is always a phone call or email away and is extremely helpful with even the smallest request. The maintenance team is by far the best of any I have ever worked with. Edmar, Angel, and Jose are always friendly, even when you just pass them in the parking area. But the thing about this team that truly impresses me is their efficient and professional work ethic. They treat my needs as if they are their own and always make sure I am completely happy before they leave. They are truly a team that cares about the people that live here. I would recommend this property to everyone I know.

Finally, I have a chance to write this! Jennifer has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. This was my first time renting an apartment, so I was unsure about a lot of steps — but she patiently guided me through each one. I truly appreciate her support, professionalism, and kindness. She made the whole experience so much easier!.

The entire team here at Windsor Coral Springs are amazing! The maintenance team are very quick to resolve any issue and are very informative and knowledgeable. They are also very professional. The staff in the office is also very sweet and professional. The apartments are great and the neighborhood is very clean and up to date. I love living here.
