I'd like to thank PARTNER CONSTRUCTION INC represented by ILIA for his exceptional work at my bakery in Torrance, CA. I'd like to highlight PARTNER CONSTRUCTION INC's professionalism, punctuality, speed and quality. PARTNER CONSTRUCTION INC took care of the whole HVAC work and kitchen hood installation. I had to work with four other unprincipled Contractors before Partner Construction INC. Then I was lucky to find PARTNER CONSTRUCTION INC, who took care of all my HVAC and kitchen hood problems in a week and passed all the City inspections. I would highly recommend Partner Construction INC for both commercial and residential projects. I had to deal with many contractors because of my bakery business and I never encountered a Contractor like PARTNER CONSTRUCTION INC who knows his job inside out and who values you for being his customer.

Partner Construction did a fantastic job replacing our old cracked and crumbling brick patio with a new concrete patio. And, when the bricks were removed, it was found that the metal supports were rusted and they replaced them with new wood posts. The team who worked on our patio was very prompt and professional. The patio looks great and they left our yard very clean.

I found Partner Construction, Inc and Michael through Angie's. I needed Doors and Windows installed in the condo that I just purchased. They completed the work in two days and they hauled the old windows/doors and cleaned up after themselves. Michael was great, very communicative, almost always available to discuss next steps and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and his subs that he works with. Will be coming back for other home improvements.
