Sumeer Homes

I moved out of state to Texas and was looking at homes from various builders and came across this house built by Sumeer Homes and loved it. I can see the house was built with lot of care for details. I was also told by a neighbor that the builder was there most of the time when the house is built and was taken care very well during the construction and I can see it in the quality. The house is priced right! The whole closing was smooth and Sumeer took care of small things during the warranty period promptly and to my satisfaction! Would absolutely recommend Sumeer Homes to anybody looking for good quality house.

Being in construction myself, I was really impressed with the professional performance of your employees and subcontractors. A special thanks to Brett the Superintendent who went above and beyond to insure that our home is everything that my wife and I wanted in a new home.
