My stay at Hotel Ballast was very accommodating! The hotel was conveniently located near several places to dine and shop all within walking distance. The hotel shuttle was readily available. The front office staff were all amazing! I would like to acknowledge Erica the night manager, Haley who checked me in, Lily who worked second shift and followed with me in regard to my stay, and Adrienne who checked me out. I apologize if I mispelled any of your names, but I appreciate all of you for your wonderful hospitality!

Tobias at the front desk welcome my mom and me with excellent hospitality. Very kind and professional. Our room was really clean. The Board & Barrel Coastal Kitchen downstairs serves great breakfast. The breakfast presentation was beautiful with the flower on the side and taste really delicious. The waiters were kind and ready to serve.

It's one of the finer hotels I'm Wilmington. The staff truly goes the extra mile to take care of their guests. They took care of me and my girlfriend during a very stressful personal trip to Wilmington. They made sure to do everything to take care of us and make our trip effortless. They treated us like family, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
