Hyatt Place Provo

I stayed here for the special education conference last year. The staff was so friendly and respectful. When a man wanted them to bring a note to my room, they contacted me and assured me that he didn’t know my room number and wanted to know how I wished to proceed. I stayed by myself, so I appreciate them going out of their way to handle the situation.

Nice hotel for the value! Actually loved the hotel. I have to travel a lot and i see all kinds of hotles. This hotel it was nice, clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate. It was my first time staying there, and I had a great experience! I have stayed in 7 other hotels in the area, and this one was the best. I really liked how the rooms are set up. I can not say enough about the pillows! They are firm and not just full of air! Thank you, Hyatt Provo!

Very nice hotel. It was clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was great. We were there on a Sunday and with the college being out for the summer there were limited restaurants open close by.
