Then let me authorize the work before getting started so I wasn't surprised by the cost. They brought my high mileage car back to life. I went in with a strange problem with my car. Lindsay gave me an honest quote which was substantially less than what other shops quoted me (up to 100% cheaper). Throughout the process I felt like she was explaining to me exactly what was going on with the car. The issue ended up being something different than what we all had thought. Lindsay gave me a discount on the service and parts that had been replaced and advice on what I could do to resolve the issue.
I have taken both of my car here multiple times. Everyone I’ve meet has been very friendly and very helpful. The oil change has never taken more than an hour and you get a link to see everything they looked at and what they reccomend being done. The communicate very well and are really good to educate you when you don’t understand something about car maintenance. I’ve recommend them to countless friends and family members!
