3 Best Car Repair Shops in Provo, UT

Not typically someone to leave a review but the level of customer service I’ve gotten from the Provo Meineke over the years has been superb. The owner Lindsey really seems like she’s nailed the formula for a good customer experience. Been a customer for at least 7-8 years and have mechanic shops much closer to my home, but I always drive a little further for that consistent and excellent experience at Meineke.

I had a very positive experience at the Meineke shop in Provo. Lindsay was the mechanic who worked on my van. She was super helpful and went the 2nd mile in explaining what repairs would be needed to fix the engine. Because of the great experience I had with Lindsay and the front office at the Provo shop, I would be very happy to go back there if I have similar car problems in the future.

Lindsey and her team are awesome! They’re great about explaining things to you in a way you understand. They’ll never do work on the car that isn’t necessary just to make an extra buck. They’re very honest, and kind, and go out of their way to make each customer experience a good one. I highly recommend.

I am so grateful Computune was able to look at and diagnose my trucks issues immediately upon arrival. I was traveling across the country with three big dogs and a busted radiator. They were extremely accommodating with my dogs and I. The radiator was ordered that evening, arrived early the next morning and was replaced that afternoon. I was back on the road in less than 24 hours. I am very impressed with the quality of work done. And it cost me about a hundred dollars less than I was quoted. If I lived within a hundred miles, Computune would be where I would take all of my vehicles. I made it home to TX safely with my truck performing better overall than before it's journey from WA began. Thank y'all so much.

These guys were honestly so awesome! I normally dread going to a mechanic shop and having people tell me things that I don’t understand and telling me what I HAVE to fix on my car. But these people were so different! I had a wonderful experience! Their assessment system is so open! They provided as much upfront information as possible and then let me decide what I wanted to fix or save for later so that I could budget it into my plans. They definitely earned my loyalty! Great option for students especially! And they worked seamlessly with out of state parents.

I had to get my battery replaced the other day and these guys were prompt and able to do it on the spot. My car started to run a little rough after they did it and it caused me a little concern, but they explained to me that this is common because the internal computer has to reset itself after changing out a battery. They told me to just drive it for a few minutes and the problem should correct itself. That put me at ease and sure enough, they were right. It runs like a gem again.
