I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex so far! The leasing office team - Andrea and Emily - are seriously an awesome duo! Andrea went above and beyond to help me get into my apartment a few months back, and I’ll always be grateful for how supportive and kind she was through the whole process. Emily recently joined the team, and she has been doing an amazing job!!! They’re both friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. It makes a big difference knowing the office is run by people who actually want to help you out.

Lookout pointe has great views, very friendly and kind staff and residents. Any time we have needed a work order the maintenance crew is right on it! They are pet friendly and accommodating. Great place to live with great people.

I've had a great experience living here! The property is well-maintained, and the entire staff is incredibly helpful and professional. A special shout-out to the manager, Andria — she's truly amazing! Always approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her dedication makes a big difference and really sets this place apart. Highly recommend!

We have been living at the 200 City View Apartments for the past three to four months and have had a wonderful experience. After selling our home of several years, we were initially hesitant about moving back into an apartment, but 200 City View quickly exceeded our expectations. The complex is located in a vibrant, enjoyable part of town, and James along with the rest of the staff have been outstanding — always going above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. We truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend 200 City View Apartments to anyone.

We have loved living at 200 City View apartments. Everything from the management, amenities and the location have been awesome! Management (especially James) has been helpful and friendly upon move-in and throughout our time living here -they always go above and beyond!

Great place to live! Great amenities and views! Very safe environment! The staff is awesome, they are helpful and always willing to accommodate our needs or concerns. The maintenance people are super nice as well and always take care of any repairs when needed.

The Flats are the best! (3+ years tenant) They just make things happen. Jen is amazing. Staff is awesome. Maintenance is by far best/most responsive maintenance team I’ve seen. All-around I think it’s the best place & location to live in Utah valley. It’s very quiet/peaceful. Great shops & nice park nearby. Great views. Great amenities. Highly recommend.

I had some worries about moving into a new apartment complex that has some construction still going on, but all of those worries left as soon as I arrived here. The apartments are beautiful inside and out, and the apartment managers Blake and Brittany have been incredible friendly and helpful. The location is great, there are some nice little shops directly across the street, the interstate is close by, and the mountain views are unbeatable. I'm very happy I found the Flats, as these are about the best apartments I think you could find in Provo.

I lived here for 2 years and loved it. I would've kept living here if I didn't get a townhouse down south. The pool is amazing and the staff and maintenance are all very nice.
