Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel

5 stars for the amazing customer service from Kenn and Takeria. My husband and I had a rough day/night of delayed flights and missed connections. We accidentally booked the wrong Marriott hotel, then showed up at the Renaissance at 3am without a reservation. Kenn went out of his way to accommodate us, called the other hotel to have our reservation transferred over, then offered us a late checkout without us having to ask. Totally made our day! The icing on the cake was the fitness center, which is HUGE, pristine, and incredibly well equipped. Thanks again Kenn and Takeria!

I stayed here about 3 weeks ago before flying out the next morning. The shuttle is very reliable and clean. It was on time and very close to the airport. The rooms Are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The Resturant food was excellent and the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional. It was plentiful and very tasty. There is also a lounge for platinum and above members to enjoy free snacks and soft drinks in the evenings. I will definitely be back whenever I am flying in and out of EWR airport.

The staff greeted us and was very helpful getting us to our rooms. The hotel and rooms were clean, the fitness facility is AMAZING. Had dinner in the hotel rest. Food was good and the staff was very kind and virtuous. Great location from the airport and rental car facility.
