CottageCare Olathe

We had our first cleaning with CottageCare last week, and Tiffany and Tierra were excellent! The scheduling for the cleaning was faster and better than I had expected , with follow ups coming promptly after my online inquiry and confirmations coming exactly as the initial phone call described. All my questions and concerns were addressed and Tiffany and Tierra paid attention to all of them, making sure to let me know before they started, especially around a few expensive items we asked to take special care around. Their manager showed up as well which was a nice extra touch, just to check everything and be sure we were perfectly happy with everything- which we were. All in all this went well above my expectations, and I am glad the positive reviews I read here before trying CottageCare out were all proven to be true! We are looking forward to the next cleaning already, and love that the team is flexible in the plans we can arrange. I foresee a long and positive experience with this going forward and thrilled we found a place that is working out so well from the start. Keep up the great work CottageCare!!

Our technician “Dane” arrived early to the cleaning appointment. Prior to him beginning, he reviewed the process with me, explained the benefits of their cleaning system, and set the bar high for my expectations. To my surprise, the whole process took less than anticipated, and my carpet looks more fresh then the day it was put in (prior to having a 100lb dog rolling on it everyday)! We will certainly be using Cottage Care going forward to handle our quarterly deep cleaning! Thank you Cottage Care!!

Cottage Care has been taking care of my home cleaning for many years, and I know I can count on them to do a great job. I’ve had several different cleaners over the years, all excellent, and Amelia, my current cleaner, is one of the best. She’s thorough, conscientious, hard-working, and even with our three dogs, leaves the house looking spotless! I'm pleased to recommend Cottage Care to my family and friends.
