She was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond just completing the job. Since I’m new to cold weather environments, she took the time to give me helpful tips and tricks for caring for my home, which I truly appreciated. She also showed me exactly where my water main is located in the house, which is such valuable information for any homeowner. Beyond her expertise, Cassie was so sweet and kind, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely love for her to be my preferred technician moving forward. Andy's Pipe Dream plumbing was referred by another business. They were called due to a spigot line leaking inside the house. On calling them late in the afternoon they were very forthcoming about needing to charge because the plumber would not show up until after 5:00 pm. When Ryan Hill showed up about 5:30, he was very personable. He worked quickly and efficiently. Ryan was an experienced plumber. He had options available after assessing the situation and allowed for modifications per my request. He was done within an hour. It was great.

J.T. Grissom is a rock star! Although a young-looking hand, he knew his craft well, and handled our job like the “pro” we all hope for when we get that knock on the door. Gave me some different ideas, without being pushy at all. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I was impressed with their professionalism, expertise, hard work, and kindness during a stressful situation. We had a water leak and had difficulty finding someone to assess the issue. Our water had to be turned off to stop the leak, and the leak was coming down from our drywall and ceiling. Lutz plumbing was flexible and able to set up an appointment for us the same day I called. Willis and Cameron were timely and able to fix the water leak quickly. I will be using Lutz for all of our plumbing needs after such a great experience! We have known Lutz plumbing for many years and while we have had our challenges with different experience I have to say the company has remained highly reliable and always responds promptly to our needs. We have our usual tech - Willis - and Lutz works to have him come to us to offer consistency so we now know him well even if we don’t see him often. Sometimes the problems are bigger or smaller, and the expense can sometimes be very high, but the company shows caring and commitment to quality work and helping us understand our issues as well as addressing them.

The team from Lutz called when they were on the way, they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They cleaned up the work area when they were finished. Paying the invoice was easy. Really couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely continue to use their services.
