The entire team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning were fantastic. From our initial service call, to sales and installation. The process moved quickly and we never felt pressured one way or another. Our new AC and Furnace are working wonderfully. I also appreciated the texts notifying me of who would be arriving with a photo and fun fact. 5/5 would recommend and use again.

Sam was outstanding. It was an absolute pleasure and joy to meet with him and discuss our options. He was clear, answered all of our questions, and helped us understand our A/C and heating needs. I can’t say enough great things about Davenport Service! Quinton and Chris were the technicians who installed my new A/C and furnace, and they were professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Right in the middle of the installation, a sudden storm hit and my basement flooded due to a failed sump pump. Without missing a beat, Quinton and Chris jumped into action, replaced the sump pump, and made sure everything was back up and running properly. Their quick thinking and willingness to go above and beyond truly saved the day. Davenport Service is lucky to have such outstanding technicians. Thanks again to Quinton and Chris, you turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Highly recommend Davenport Service Co. They recently installed a new HVAC unit at a fair price. Didn't try to upsell me to something more than I needed. They showed up on time and completed the job when they said they would. The new unit is working perfectly. I'm done with all the big companies that just want to syphon your bank account into theirs. This company really seems to be one I can trust.

The employees of Air-Pro replaced an air conditioner and furnace yesterday in our home. They were very professional and thorough. I must also note that Air-Pro’s bid for the job was significantly lower than a larger company we had used previously.

Very professional staff. Cognizant of keeping home protected while working. They finished the job in a short timeframe. I feel like they gave me a fair price after another company was way overpriced. Would highly recommend.

They were great! I paid way less for my furnace plus install then my Angie quote. They are my go to HVAC guys, in fact that’s how I have them saved in my phone. Super fast super knowledgeable. Call them, you will not regret it.
