Heromaid

We are pretty clean people and clean our place regularly. However, were looking to have our place deep cleaned because we’re expecting our baby to come soon and Heromaid was recommended to us by a friend. It was pretty straightforward booking a schedule. I did have a few additional questions so I gave them a call as well. (Tip: book online so you can avail of the discount.) We were able to book 2 days before our preferred scheduled. Astrid was awesome! She came in with all her equipment and got to work right away. She worked her way from the top floor going down. Our bathroom was so clean after (looked better than when we first came to the house)! She vacuumed and mopped the floors, vacuumed the ceilings for cobwebs, wiped down surfaces and baseboards. Our kitchen looked immaculate and the exterior of our appliances looked squeaky clean. She vacuumed and mopped the stairs as well. She wiped down the window sills and our doors too! There were just hard to reach spots that the vacuum didn’t reach, but all in all, the entire house looks and smells great! Thank you, Astrid! We definitely recommend booking a cleaning with them. Astrid cleaned out entire 2 bedroom townhouse in 4 hours. This is not easy feat as we also have 2 shedding dogs. The kitchen was absolutely spotless and she even got our white gas range top to a sparkling white. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house smelled clean. She took a few extra moments to make the bedroom look inviting with beautifully folded blankets. We would absolutely love to have Astrid back again!

The online booking process was very easy and efficient. Astrid did a fantastic job cleaning our home. She showed up timely, was very efficient and cleaned under our furniture, etc. We will definitely use her again!
