Amazing place, was moving and needed a clean, affordable space near me. Ago all the places I checked they offered a good promo to begin, they communicate when the promo is over and what the new monthly price will be, pretty good technology can use your phone with Bluetooth to open the gate and doors , they also provide a code for you to use. Really happy with the customer service, they helped explain things when I moved in and moved out of my storage unit. They have dolly carts near some of the entrances .

Anthony took our call and was very pleasant. He confirmed our storage space was what we needed for the items being stored. Brittany helped us at the counter, took us to the unit went over all the logistics and again was extremely pleasant. The location is easy to access, extremely clean and secure.

Anthony was great and very helpful! He showed us different units that are available then walked back in the office where he explained pricing. Pretty happy with our visit and Anthony has such great customer service! Thank you!.

I can’t recommend this storage facility enough! The unit itself was clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really made the experience great was the manager, Tim. From day one, he was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely made the process stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much about customer service — Tim goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a storage unit and want peace of mind, this is the place. We used this Public Storage location when my son was coming home for the summer and we needed somewhere to put his college stuff. First of all - this place is clean! Very organized as well - always had the carts lined up right by the elevator ready for use when we were there. Communication is very prompt when you rent and the property manager that I dealt with - Tim - was a great guy. Very friendly and wanted to make sure everything was right. I will definitely continue to rent from this location of Public Storage every summer!.

I have been with Public Storage for some time now and have to say the Manager Tim gets 10 Stars for his impeccable customer service. Always pleasant, professional and shows real concern for his customers at Public Storage. The place is kept very clean and pest free. I really appreciate the great service and clean facilities.
