The staff at Extra Space Storage were amazing! Anthony and Brittany were very friendly and helpful. Anthony showed me where to find my unit and helped to open it. He answered all questions I had, and was very accommodating to the other customers that were there, even willing to help them with their own items. The payment and setup was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this particular location, and please ask for Anthony if you get a chance to work with him. He’s easy going, with high integrity, and great professionalism. Many thanks for this place.

I met Cindy as soon as I got there. She was so friendly and welcoming. She introduced me to Brittany who helped with my storage unit and everything else that I needed to know. The storage areas are clean and spacious. I like that there are cameras on the property to help make me feel more secure about storing my belongings. It is also a plus that the manager lives on the premises. Also, get the protection insurance. It doesn't cost much extra & is a plus to have in case anything happens. If you need a secure facility to store your stuff, I recommend this place.

Transferring to my third unit at the Scott location. Service and process time was quick and easy. Pricing per unit has been fair. Staff is courteous and quick to respond. Cindy is exceptional! The grounds, buildings, and units are well kept and clean. Never had a problem with pests. Very satisfied with my experience here.

Tim is the best. He really prioritizes customer service and goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. I was locked out of my unit and needed access immediately, and he helped me figure out how to get in without having to wait the weekend for the official process to go through. He’s also been very friendly and helpful when it comes to any questions I have about storage or about the space. Thanks Tim for making my storage experience top notch.

Tim is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and generous. I had to rent the unit remotely and just visited for the first time. He patiently helped me get set up with the app, showed me around and made sure I knew how to work the new key system. Thank you Tim!

Tim at 1955 Lafayette was great! Upon arrival he noticed I was totally lost and offered to direct me to my storage unit. He carried some of my things back to my car and helped me finish up closing the unit properly. Kept the space super clean and runs a tight operation.

I would so recommend West coast storage to anyone! Anna was a life saver for me! She helped me thru some very difficult situations, I was ready to give up on storing my belongings in a safe, clean, and protected environment. She really has a passion for satisfying her customers, and shows extreme perseverance in every way possible to accomplish that goal. Thanks again for sticking it out with me

This is one of the nicest storage facilities I have ever been to, Anna really keeps the place clean. I would recommend this storage place to anyone. she’s a great hard worker and it really shows. Also an amazing job with customer service, it was the most helpful experience i’ve hade at any storage facility. She knows what she’s doing and i would highly recommend anyone to go to her.

West Coast Self Storage was great. I stored my dorm items over the summer and the facility was very clean and well lit. The manager, Kelly, was very nice and helpful and assisted me when I lost the keys to my unit. I will definitely be storing here again next summer!
