I needed a new roof so I called North City Roofing. I met with Rudy who was very knowledgeable and very respectful and listened to my needs. In short amount of time Rudy was able to give a fair and reasonable quote. After a few days we began the process and throughout the whole time Rudy updated me through the process even though I wasn’t present. After a short amount of time my roof is brand new and Rudy and his team did an excellent job. I would recommend Rudy and North City Roofing.

I just had my skylight done by First Tier Exterior. I'm impressed by their professionalism. From the first call to the final walkthrough, they made everything so easy. No pressure, no sketchy sales tactics, just honest advice and really clear communication. The crew showed up on time, worked clean, and the finished product looked amazing. Anytime I had a question, someone got back to me right away. I believe Johnny was the main person I spoke to. He was very helpful with explaining the process to me and patient, ha-ha. If you’re on the fence, just go with these guys. Fair pricing, zero drama, and they actually do what they promise. So refreshing to work with a company like this! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

These guys are great! Bobby came up by really quickly when I was struggling to find someone to help fix my old house. I had 2 windows that needed to be rewaterproofed and gutter that needed to be replaced after a botched job by a handy man. Most companies I evaluated required replacing all the windows but these guys were able to hear where I was coming from and come up with a solution that worked out with some quality staff. They had 4 sets of people come over over a 2 week span, the window guy, the stucco guy, the painter, and the gutter guys. Luis was able to work through the schedule like a pro and communicated really well. Easily a one stop shop for any of your exterior needs.

Had stucco and paint job to the front of our house and I was very impressed with the whole outcome of the job. I have worked with many contractors and I found Mahoney's passion and experience in home improvements in commendable. I had the all the job details listed out in the beginning of the project and they did all of them and some more without leaving any loose ends. Their team would always check every detail and make sure I was satisfied at the end. It is very hard to find even a tiny speck of blemish in stucco and paint job. Overall it is pleasing as I walk everyday in front of my house.
