Our water heater broke over night. Kendall came early in the morning and was fantastic. He worked super hard and got the new one in and our hot water back before my family came home. We have a basement so it was a bit challenging to get the old one out and new one in, but he got it all done and within the quoted priced. He was also very nice, kept our floors clean, and even cleaned up some spots in the floor after he was done. He was also very patient with our dog, who was nervous about someone else coming and out of the home. Highly recommend! We will be calling them back for any plumbing and heating needs.

Ilia was awesome! He came in. He diagnosed quickly, fixed it even more quickly. No fuss no mess no mess! I had company when he was doing it and he was quiet and you couldn’t even tell he came and went! if only I could get that kind of service from everyone!!!

As the disposal was less than a year old and in the warranty period, I was not charged. This customer service is impressive. I’m a loyal customer. Adding Update: My disposal started leaking a bit and the assigned plumber evaluated the disposal and suggested it should be replaced. He purchased a new one and came back for a 3rd time. As it appeared the disposal was faulty right within the year warranty, he suggested a very reasonable price with the cost of the new disposal and his time. thanks again! now it works like a charm with no leaks!
