3 Best HVAC Services in Fresno, CA

We have had Lee’s for a couple of years now and have been incredibly happy with their service. They completely replaced our old AC, furnace, and vents about 3 years ago and we have not had any issues. We have them maintenance our system 2 times a year, spring and fall and it has been completely worth it since we have such hot summers and cold winters here in the valley. It’s a total piece of mind to have them come out if we need anything that requires attention.

Your service tech was excellent. His estimate was outrageous when I give estimates I’ve got a break estimate down, but I understand that parts for plumbers are cheap so it would be hard to justify that price like I told your tech we do underground pipeline work I don’t make even thousand bucks an hourbut you were referred. That’s the only complaint. I have 10 four over and out.

Luis was great to work with. He was prompt and called saying he was on the way. Gave us all the information we needed to make a choice of needed service for our heating unit. Even called his supervisor to take a look at it.

Lee’s Plumbing came to our rescue when our old water heater gave out, and I could not be happier with their service. From the very first phone call, I felt like I was in good hands. The plumber arrived right on time and was very polite. He explaned why the old unit was failing and laid out our options clearly so we could make the best choice for our home. Once we agreed, he got to work right away. Removing the old heater looked tough, but he made it look easy. The new heater went in without a problem, and he took the time to test it several times just to be sure it was working perfectly. I liked that he cleaned up all the packaging and even wiped down the area, leaving it spotless. What impressed me most was how honest and professional he was the whole time no cutting corners, no rushing, just quality work. The price was very fair, and I feel like I got excellent value for my money. Now our hot water is back, and I feel peace of mind knowing it was done right. I highly recommend CARLOS, he is fantastic! This is an excellent honest company! I just had a different company out here last night for a maintenance appointment which was not done, lies about my unit and needed repairs and the worker complained like a baby the entire time he was here. It was very frustrating and awful. Tonight Carlos came to repair my unit. He was friendly and extremely professional which put me at ease. He took pictures of everything in my air conditioner unit, showed me the parts. Explained everything until I understood. The price was 1/3 of the quote of the previous company. It took Carlos less than 2 hours to fix my air conditioner!! And I have a maintenance plan. Also Brenda, who answered the phones was so kind and patient. Customer for life!!!!! Sidney

José M came out today to service my AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and very experienced. He explained to me in detail of everything that he did suggested things that need to be done such as deep cleaning and also had pictures of everything for me to see so I can understand and have confirmation of what he was explaining. I must say one of the better techs that has been here since we’ve purchased the unit. If possible, we would like to request him for every service. Thanks again, Jose.

Highly recommend asking for Matthew as a technician to come out for services. He is a very respectful and knowledgeable technician that goes above and beyond for you and your families. Does a great job explaining what exactly he is doing, takes his time to make sure the job is done correctly, cleans up after himself and does his best to answer any questions you might have.
