I was looking for a computer guy to fix my laptop and I found Valley Support after reading the reviews Carlos had received. I was very happy when I reached out to him because I needed my laptop fix asap. Fortunately for me, Carlos was available. My laptop didn't require a lot but he made recommendations that he thought I could benefit from which I agreed. I really needed my laptop back the same day since I procrastinated looking for an IT guy and he was able to do the job and give back to my later that day. I am very happy with the results. It works way fast and the battery lasts long as well. I am so glad I found Carlos. He is very professional, personable and just a good guy. The price was reasonable for me especially because I needed it back asap. I will definitely be returning to Valley Support for any computer or laptop issues. I finally found an IT guy here in the Valley.

Carlos worked on my 27-inch MAC computer and on my HP Lap Top he did a great job and he also updated and installed several new antivirus on my two computers. He Reasonably priced me , had timely communication, and explained the process to me so I knew what was going on the complete time.
