Our 55 year-old furnace quit recently during the coldest weather so far this winter. We reached out to Lockwood for a replacement furnace and AC. Their installation manager came out and we Received an estimate the same day. Their lead installer, Andy and his helper were very courteous and professional. They exceeded all expectations for this project, including overcoming additional challenges, discovered once the Old furnace was removed. They even removed the old 4’x4’x6” reinforced concrete pad from the old AC condenser. That weighed over 300 pounds. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work provided for this project. We highly recommend Lockwood for any HVAC needs.

5 star experience. Needed an inducer fan to replace the rattling one preventing the furnace from operating. I didn't realize local parts stores were wholesale only. Not a problem but it was -10 F and I needed heat for my family. I was recommended to try J and A as that they sell parts direct. Walked in thinking I would get a run-around since it was a busy weekend and day, but Dennis and Joe were very helpful. They heard me out, I showed them the part and they had it ready in a few hours. This is the second time my family relied on Johansen. Both their service call repair quality and customer service has always been helpful, reasonable and respectful. We are a family customer for life.

Today was another 5 furnace check up experience with a Johansen & Anderson HVAC technician. Every tech has done an outstanding job and they’ve all been very polite plus on top of cleaning up. My first experience with this company was in 2019. From the sale, installation, and the cleaning they’ve been absolutely awesome!! They’ve been around forever and it’s a no brainer why.

When we moved into our home over 4 years ago, we "inherited" a fairly new furnace and AC unit. We've never had to maintain these before. Everyone I've dealt with has been excellent. They're always on time and explain what they do and answer questions. I'd totally recommend them to anyone.
