We called Smithereen Pest Management Services for a home inspection for roach concerns that we had. By far Samuel C has been beyond wonderful, he thoroughly inspected the house and step by step explained to us what he was going to do and what to expect and what to keep out on the look out for and of course what to be careful with. He treated the areas very thoroughly he took his time and most importantly he genuinely did care to help end this roach problem, since we only seen one he was not concerned for possible infestation growth but he treated it as it could possibly be. I worked with Jaime to deal with some squirrels that found their way into an attic of our house. Great experience overall working with Jaime! He took care of the issue, but also made sure to seal all potential entry points for any critters trying to get into our house. He was very thorough and professional. Communication was also very good as Jaime made sure to inform me of the work he was planning to do at our place. He is very experienced, and knowledgeable and I was able to learn useful information about the area and wildlife in general. Jaime is a top notch Wildlife Technician, and we are very happy with the results of his work.
