I had a great experience with EZ Air. They came out quickly, were very professional, and got everything working again in no time. The technician was friendly and explained what was wrong in a way I could understand. I really appreciated the fast and honest service. Highly recommend!

Showed up in 5 minutes and repaired my unit it 16 minutes. Fastest service and repair we ever received then he completed maintenance to keep the ac working well. Very happy with the work done.

5/8/25 - Installation- My experience with HI VAC and their team had been very positive from start to finish. The initial contact with Joseph (Joe) could not be more informative, detail oriented without any doubt he knows what he is doing. As per his team Logan, Sebastian and Stephon, they were punctual, answered all my questions, called as expected half an hour before arrival, worked hard for almost 9 hrs! and they did an excellent job. Garage was impecable when they left. The result couldn’t be better, now I have an A/C that is really cooling and sooo quiet… see picture from garage air handler. I highly recommend HiVac and his entire team including the office staff in charge of the permits.

I had a problem with my new Trane ac were the air handler pan drip line was clogged and the shut-off valve did not shut the access off. Consequently, water spilled all over my garage. The technician from Hi-Vac, Raiko did a wonderful job of finding the problem of the drip line shut-off valve. The ac was not programmed properly and he was able to take care of that in a few minutes.

Fast, efficient service. Professional and courteous staff (Joe, Sebastian and Steven). Everyone that answers the phone at their office is always friendly and helpful. Happy with the cool crisp air in my home. Highly recommend this company.
