Chris showed up on time and diagnosed the issue very quick. The repair took no time at all, so we also had him do an inspection on the AC unit and he noted some mechanical issues which would be devastating if not fixed asap. So we have Steve's five star service coming out to do the repair in about a week or so. I also signed up for the annual service inspection plan as well. My late father -in-law who did AC and Heating for 40 years would always recommend Steve's business to friends and family after he retired. Truly a smart man!! I would highly recommend this company. Chris, the service tech, was awesome!

Hayden arrived on time, actually before appointment time which I really appreciated. Professional and cool dude. My newly adopted dog Riley likes him lol. Needed a tune-up on our HVAC unit and Hayden and Jose did a very efficient job along with providing me with a detailed report of the system.
