Technician Andrew was great! He was professional and personable. He performed the winter Comfort Club maintenance thoroughly and expertly on our system. He took the extra time to explain to us about our furnace & outside condenser unit as we just moved in and did not know the details. We appreciated Andrew's work and time spent with us very much. Andrew took service beyond what was called for and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Thanks.

Tim was excellent!!! He clearly explained what he was doing, and identified the problem quickly. He had to pick up the replacement igniter, got it and installed it without any issues. Very professional and courteous.
