I have been very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of Hendrix Heating & Air. I have been work with Robert who has been excellent in terms of educating me on the options, helping with the decision without upselling, giving me clarity on the timeline for installation, and allowing me to ask questions and have a direct line of communication with him and his staff. The work on my new HVAC system has been great. I did get some other quotes before and even though the cost was approximately the same, I went with Hendrix because of all of the above and will definitely use them again + recommend them to others.

He was very attentive and helpful he was able to resolve a couple issues at once, had the parts and the knowledge necessary to do the job and he was extremely informative and friendly! I purchased an HVAC unit, and the service and price was excellent. A week ago the relay went bad while the unit is still under warranty. I called to let them know I had issues, and the team came out promptly and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend them. This is an honest and hard-working company.
