Had both my heat element and my thermostat give out on me during one of the colder months. They were able to fix both within two weeks (had to order a new thermostat) and the tech even lent me a cable to Jerry-rig it while I waited for my thermostat to arrive. He was professional and helpful and answered all the questions I had. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in their service area.

Excellent service! Techs are always polite and professional. Most recently they were doing heater maintenance and we discovered an issue with our water heater. They helped diagnose issue, ordered a new one and replaced it the next day, on a Saturday.
