They are really good and professional people. Arrived on time and very respectful. They explain everything that they are doing. I truly appreciated this since I hardly know anything about heater and cooler maintenance. From the time you book your appointment to when they send you their invoice, you will be informed. Nicolas VanZant was the specialist who checked on our heater. He was very kind. He and his partner, Josh, worked quietly and efficiently. They cleaned the space that they worked on and was done just as they said they would be. I would highly recommend Honeys Air and Solar.

My husband and I had Honey’s Air and Solar install a heating and air conditioning unit several years ago and cannot be more pleased with the company and the people who work for them. Billy Wheat , one of their fine technicians, is very competent, knowledgeable and personable. He checked our system and found the problem right away and since we had signed up for the maintenance program, the price was lower than otherwise. I highly recommend Honey’s! They are an excellent company all the way around.

Priscilla was a delight. She was professional and extremely polite. Her concern for our needs was evident in her customer service skills. Priscilla finished her job in a timely manner and made sure she completed her tasks without interrupting us within the house. She answered any questions I had, professionally and courteously. We're looking forward to seeing her again.
