Aaron Lucas was a great technician to work with when my A/C decided it was time to quit. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood every part of the diagnosis and repair. He took his time, ensuring that everything was thoroughly inspected and even consulted with his supervisor to ensure nothing was missed. I appreciated that because two heads are often better than one. He gave me peace of mind that while a repair needed to be made, it was the correct avenue to take. He even brought my family two window units to use while we waited on parts on his day off. You can't find service like that anymore. Canady's, you've got a great technician in Aaron and if the rest of your team is just as good, I'll be glad to call you for future repairs.

Slade Burgin lead on installing my new indoor and outdoor units along with putting a fresh seal on all of the duct work in my attic 6 months ago. Slade came out today for a checkup that I called in and I just have to say I haven't seen many guys that are dedicated to their craft the way Slade is. I have a huge amount of respect for this man and he definitely makes Canadys look good as a company.

Brandon Deal came to our rescue today! Today the AC went out at a rental property that I manage and Brandon was the tech on call. He answered the phone each time I reached out, he thoroughly answered all of our questions and he made it out to the house and identified the problem within just a few hours. I would recommend him to anyone!
