Super friendly and supportive. Brought a corrupted USB drive to another tech shop and they let me know that they would have to bring in a third party to work it, with the bill hitting 80 to diagnose and another 100 to recover. Tweaks by Geeks and their in-house staff took my drive with no up-front cost and let me know diagnostics would be free of charge if they were unable to recover data. They recommended it would be cheaper to purchase my own drive instead of buying one from them. Got my data back within a week.

The owner is incredibly nice and understanding! I came in looking for a specific laptop charger as no one else in town had it and I desperately needed my laptop for school work, and while they didn’t have an extra they could sell me, they did let me use their charger for free at the store until my laptop was back at 100%. I couldn’t be more grateful to the extra help they offered and it helped me get through my work until a new charger could be shipped to me.

I had exceptional experience with Tweaks by Geeks. They were prompt, patient with me, went above and beyond to help the initial concern, extremely skilled at what they do, and I felt very very comfortable with some personal information they worked with. Extremely friendly staff and Amazing Service! Great Price! My computer completely failed and I decided to take it here for them to diagnose it. They tested every component in the computer to figure out the problem. My computer had two problems a failed CPU and an incompatible motherboard (my fault). They replaced the motherboard, ensuring I was happy with their motherboard recommendation, after this they found that the CPU was also faulty, (testing both my own CPU and one of their own to make sure). They ensured I did not waste my money and recommended I replace CPU through its warranty. Once I received the nee CPU they replaced it, and the computer was ready the next day. I was expecting a large fee because this was a massive problem that took several weeks, one of the worst problems they have ever seen, but the price I paid was only half what I expected! Throughout the process I called their office many times to get updates on what was happening, they were extremely friendly and transparent with what they were doing and with what they encountered with the computer. They told me they would stay late to ensure the computer was ready sooner.

Had my first self-built computer blue-screened on me for the first time and had to get it repaired at Computer Solution. I recommend anyone to come here if they're having any computer issues. They were professional and were able to repair my computer promptly. They also will answer any other questions that you may have. I do recommend coming in the morning for pickup, if possible.
