Five Star Service Company

I called 5 Star Service Company to come look at my heat pump they had installed on my roof last March because I was hearing sounds that seemed as though my unit was trying to start up (thereby using electricity), but it didn't actually kick in. This was happening with some frequency and I was concerned that my electric bill was going to be high because of it. I left a message for Brad. He called back promptly, listened to my concerns and made an appointment to come the next morning. He checked out my unit thoroughly when he came and determined that the noise was coming from my neighbor's unit which is very close to mine (we live in adjoining condos). I felt so much better not having to worry about it any longer. Oh, and I was not charged for this appointment. This was Customer Service at its finest! Yes, they certainly do live up to their name! I would highly recommend 5 Star Service Company.

From start to finish Brad was professional and helpful, explaining what I did and didn't need with my new A/C installation. Brad and his team were clear with their tasking and what they planned out for my install, everything was laid out and covered in the estimate and the final product left me very happy. Removal and install couldn't have gone better, professional install, clean work areas with no debris left behind, and no complaints with the equipment/performance. Highly recommend.

Five Star Service came out the same day we called. Our thermostat was out and was fixed and replaced in a short amount of time. The AC tubing insulation was torn off and Kevin replaced at no extra fee. Super nice and knowledgeable. Thank you
