In mid March I was given a mandate by my homeowners insurance company to replace our roof by a specific date, or else the policy would be dropped. At once I was on the search for a reputable roofer to give me a quote on the Asphalt replacement project, which needed to be completed by the deadline in mid April. Whoever I decided on would also need to provide me with the necessary photos and completion documentation for insurance submission. I obtained quotes from several roofers in the area, and in the end decided to go with Rudy and the Sequoia Team. Sequoia Roofing was probably the first one I reached out to, and after accomplishing my due diligence, the one I felt I could trust to help me with my dilemma. Rudy returned my inquiries promptly, answered all my questions, and was always straightforward and professional.. no gimmicks. I was impressed by their GAF product, certification, and warranty, and I'm so happy I chose them. Rudy put me on the calendar right away, working around weather, they had the project done in a timely fashion and with excellent workmanship! The team always left the area tidy at the end of each work day, and the finished project was completed to my, and the insurance company's, satisfaction! Thank you Rudy, the Team, and Sequoia Roofing! I would definitely recommend you to all my family and friends 10 out of 10.

We had the roof of our 30-years old Poway home completely redone in November 2024, and we selected Sequoia Roofing because of a competitive price and the responsiveness of Rudy, our contact there. Rudy was able to answer a ton of questions before the work started, and after the start of the project, he was still there to work with us on a few minor corrections needed. The Sequoia crew was attentive to details and performed an excellent job. They cleaned up the area around the house every day, even looking for nails that could have fallen off the roof during the removal of the old tiles. I highly recommend this company for a re-roofing project! And if you get a chance, work with Rudy.

Our roof was just completed by Sequoia Roofing and they did an amazing job! From working with Mike R on the estimate, product and discovery of what caused the leak the customer service was top notch. The roofing crew arrived on schedule did a very through and timely job and were diligent about keeping the work site clean and safe. I did my homework and received 4 bids on my project. Mike did an excellent job keeping in our budget and providing a quality and affordable new roof with attention to detail (solar removal/installation, matching trim) and customer service.

Trusted, excellent service and follow up. Surprisingly many years after our roof was installed, I called during a rainstorm not realizing they had installed the roof as it was my parents home. They said it was under warranty and they would be out shortly. They were out there in the rain fixing the leak! They have integrity and of course skills and a great product. We have always loved Bob Piva Roofing.

Bob Piva Roofing recently repaired multiple spots on our roof that were leaking due to cracked tiles and deteriorated flashings and underlayment. They also replaced a cracked skylight lens and some rotted fascia boards. Their crew was efficient, cleaned up daily and their price was the best we received of 3 bids. I would recommend them highly.

Bob Piva Roofing did an outstanding job repairing my roof. They showed up on time, and the crew was courteous and left the job site nice and clean. They guarantee their work, and everything was done professionally and competently. I have recommended them to friends and family and everyone has been very satisfied with the results. The recent rains made it clear we needed some roofing work done. As I began looking for contractors, Zenith Roofing Services happened to start work on a house 2 doors from us. I got the benefit of watching as the crew worked on the neighbor's home, and I liked what I saw. I requested an estimate and was pleased to see the level of detail presented in the proposal (as opposed to other contractors), and at a fair price. I signed with Zenith Roofing for our roofing project and am extremely happy with the results. This job included 28 solar panels that needed to be removed, then re-installed. Zenith Roofing was fantastic in coordinating with the solar contractor so that our project stayed on schedule, and with no cost surprises. I plan to continue to use them for regular maintenance inspections to keep things in good working order. I highly recommend Zenith Roofing Services.

Had Zenith out to quote my roof replacement. They were on time, very knowledgeable, dressed professional, gear looked dialed. I could tell they were very professional. We went up on the roof and did a detailed walk over of the job & scope of work. All my crazy questions and scenarios answered. Then I got my quote right away and they were not pressuring me to move forward. As a sales person I really appreciated this approach. Guys if your still reading this - have them out to help you.

I called Zenith roofing out to repair two leaks I had in the roof of my building. They came out and did a free inspection and the owner who is extremely knowledgeable gave me my options and explained the problem clearly and concisely so I can make a decision on how to proceed. they came the day after the Super Bowl and they showed up on time and ready to work and they finished pretty soon after that. extremely professional, I will definitely use them again.
