I was shopping around last month for an affordable storage unit. I was doing research on multiple units in Escondido when I went into SmartStop as a walk-in. The manager there, Larkin, was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions honestly. She took the time to show me around the units to see if there were any sizes that worked better for me. Her attention to my particular situation and being straightforward with pricing and charges made me return to rent out one of these units even though it was a bit further out for me. The unit itself was a great price and maintained incredibly well, but I love the attitude of all of the workers and Larkin was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely what made me end up choosing this unit to rent!.

I really was dreading having to make a big move that would cost me to have to put all my belongings in a storage because my experiences has not been the best. I found SmartStop self storage and took a chance to go there. I would like to thank Mia for helping me and walking me through the process with her genuine kindness and swift service to get me in and this was all last moment for me to find a place to store my stuff. I highly recommend SmartStop Self Storage. Great team of people that care about our belongings and their customers. Special Thank to you to Mia!!!.

I just bought my first rental property with the lovely Liz and Dominick. They are very kind and professional. Dominick did a thorough job in explaining all of the different prices and deals they were able to offer as well as touring the facility. It is definitely a safe and trust worthy space to keep your things at which is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you guys!.

We recently upgraded to a larger more accessible storage unit. Roberto and Julian were extremely helpful with negotiating a contract on the new space and the logistics of moving to the new unit. They were flexible enough to understand the needs of our association which made it a stress free transition.

Friendly professional staff! While we only had the unit for a month, the staff treated us as if we were going to be there for a year. Thanks.
