McNeill was a godsend. I called when the company I previously used was a no show. They were prompt and polite. Eric was meticulous and I will be sure to use him for future furnace cleanings. He found a large crack in the furnace and immediately called his supervisor who rearranged his schedule to meet me after work. Eddie was so kind. He got all of the equipment within a day, came early in the morning to start since I had to go to work and even came back on Saturday morning to make sure everything was running correctly. They made sure we had heat as quickly as possible. If you are looking for an honest and reliable company that really cares then call them.

Eddie and his team are the best. I got three quotes for a new heating and AC system. McNeill was the most competitive. The installers were very professional and courteous. They knew their stuff but took time to explain things to me about the system. They were also very cautious to wear masks and kept a safe distance from me and my family. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended - they know their profession! Eddie has been super-responsive, even coming out Christmas Eve morning to address an issue we had with our heating. Eric did a super job on the heater maintenance, offering recommendations for the proper filter and other observations. Great crew.
