Not only did they show up to my house on time, they were extremely patient, walked me through the process and when I had an unexpected change, they finished the service with the upmost professional manner I have ever known. People say they care about their customers, but their actions and service showed how much they care. If you are looking for the best out there they are the one I would choose over and over again. We are very pleased by our experience with My Guy! Bella took my call, she was extremely polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we got the earliest available appointment. Christian was the service agent who came to our home - he was professional and explained every detail in terms I could understand. Definitely recommend this company.

Another great visit today for Maintenace service. Jared was great with showing and explaining to me about my AC/Heating unit, its functions, showed me the wear and tear parts in the system and gave great recommendations to think about. I appreciate the professionalism.
