Keith S came with his associate to perform my annual hearing/cooling preventative maintenance. They were very polite and respectful. When they were finishing up, Keith noticed I was changing out my thermostat to a smart thermostat. He stayed to install it into the wall for me and get it connected to my phone/ WiFi. That was above and beyond service. Thank you Keith and Neal Harris!

Mow has been our technician two of the three times we’ve had Neal Harris service out HVAC unit. He is always prompt, gets right work and seems honest when talking about the condition of our systems. He took the time to show me information when I asked specific questions and explained everything to my satisfaction!

Connor the tech did a great job on my bi-annual maintenance. He was very thorough, taking the necessary time to check and clean everything, properly. He did a much better job than previous techs have done. I am very impressed and pleased with his attention to detail, his politeness and his professionalism.
