Mike is an outstanding individual! He has been our service / repair tech for almost 10 yrs. We trust his judgement, and his recommendations! When we found out he was moving up in the company, and brought Will to us, we know we could trust him. Purchasing a new system through Mike, was something we knew would be a good thing!! Sam Criss did such an amazing job in such a short time! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and nice, he was able to quickly diagnose our furnace and resolve the issue within 45 minutes!! Chris also educated us on maintenance and their amazing membership program! We already plan to have him help with our AC unit over the summer! Would totally recommend to any and everyone in the local Kansas City area! Service deserves an A+++

Great experience all around. They worked with me to fit in a semi-urgent request to move my AC unit, proactively followed up with me to re-install, arrived on time and just generally friendly. Price was reasonable as well! Excellent job!
