We had Royal install mini splits throughout our home this summer. They did the job ahead of schedule and were outstanding throughout the entire process. Chris and his team answered every question we had and were extremely professional while working in our home. I cannot recommend the team at Royal enough for all your Heating and AC needs. No one better in the area.

Royal Heating and Cooling is a diamond in the rough. If you are looking for a company with good techs who know what they are doing, will show up on time, be cordial, do the right thing the first time, and then send you a bill that is more than reasonable considering all of the above, then these are your guys. Royal has helped me out of several jams over the years and every time i call them they amaze me with their level of professionalism. I really can’t say enough about Royal. If you are using another company in Jersey City, you are probably not as happy as I am.

Outstanding customer service!! Chris and his team made our mini split installation a great experience. Everyone was punctual and considerate of keeping our home tidy and also mindful of Covid precautions. We’re really pleased with the Lennox units and feel confident in our decision using Royal.
