I've been doing yoga, hypnosis and meditation with Shannon for about 12 years. She is knowledgeable and professional. In addition, she is fun! Shannon is not only an expert at what she does but she is able to have sessions that are comfortable and inviting. I started yoga with her when she lived in the Albany, NY area. She moved to Ohio and I was thrilled that we were able to continue our sessions over Zoom. I highly recommend Shannon to anyone interested in yoga, hypnosis and meditation.

Wow! I'm so lucky to have gotten to spend some time with Shannon from Ohio Valley Hypnosis this weekend and see her present at the World Hypnosis Summit in San Diego. She lovingly guided me and gave me some tools to help heal my asthma attacks. She is very knowledgable and kind, she makes me feel comfortable and safe immediately. Thank you so much.

I went to Kelly with many issues including smoking and self acceptance about two weeks ago. Since then, I have not smoked or looked for any type of substance replacement except the one time when I came back from her appointment. I do not even crave it, I have not felt that way in the last 30 years. I have also had more hope for my future and have begun actively fixing myself and working on my new career without any real extra effort. I met Kelly by attending a Saturday morning meditation. She guides a small group through an amazing meditation with new and interesting topics each week. I've been going for 5 months now. I've never had such profound experiences while meditating before. It's remarkable and amazing. I've also had hypnotherapy sessions with Kelly. I find them to be very insightful and I've learned a lot about myself. Kelly is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even when I express odd situations, Kelly never makes me feel judged and helps me understand the possible meanings and life events it could relate to.
