I have been using Day Spring Counseling for over 8 years, for both personal and couples counseling. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Melissa. Her thoughtful support and advice has helped me through many difficult situations including grief, anxiety, and marital issues. She has been especially instrumental in improving my marriage. My husband and I use the tools we learn in counseling to improve our communication and we understand each other and resolve conflict so much better than we did before we started working with Melissa. We now use our counseling sessions as marriage “maintenance” and find that even when we think things are going well, there is still opportunity to learn and grow in our relationship with the skills we gain though therapy.
