Chattanooga Cuddle Club has gifted me the experience of a safe, platonic touch environment. The monthly snuggle was absolutely stunning! These events are embodied, educational and have allowed me to learn so many things about myself in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Ascend Coaching and Therapy events for any individual that is looking to deepen their embodiment practices.

These platonic cuddle events have changed my life, without exaggeration. Platonic touch was something I had never been comfortable with before in all thirty something years of my life, even just the topic was uncomfortable for me. I wanted to push through that discomfort, because I recognize how limited I was in life to only get my touch needs met through romantic relations. These cuddle events feel sacred, safe, and so loving. I’ve spent my entire life feeling alone and outcast, and here I feel a deep and pure sense of belonging. I am so grateful for the facilitators and the attendees. Come and cuddle with us.

I've known Collier Buck professionally for years. She's a kind, considerate and competent social worker. She's passionate about providing quality, evidence-based care and has a good knowledge base for trauma and attachment work.
