Dr. Webb and the staff that have been with her when we come have been absolutely amazing. I wish I could bring our pups here as well but unfortunately they don't have the same insurance type coverage that we need. But we've been here several time happy moments and not so happy moments. But each time they have been amazing. When we've had to put several of our older animals to sleep they were so caring didn't rush us which really helped my children at the time. They are amazing.

I brought my sweet kitty in for an urgent care visit today, and Dr. Nance and Haley were very helpful and caring! I really appreciated the lengths they went to to make sure my Charlie boy is taken care of and that all my questions were answered. The pricing for the visit was also very reasonable. Charlie and I were both happy!.

Had a fantastic experience bringing my 9 year old Mini American Eskimo to get her yearly physical and shots. Paisley gets super nervous at vet visits and this was the first time, she felt comfortable and trusting!.

I brought my German Shepherd in on an emergency basis. They were kind, considerate, and walked me through the diagnosis and all possible outcomes. I made the hardest decision of my life that day. The staff here are so compassionate and caring for myself and Mack, my German shepherd. Every person I was in contact with was excellent. I can’t tell you how broken I was while in their care. I went back a week later to pick up Mack after the cremation, he was lovingly put into a velvet bag with a card and condolences from every member of staff, a paw print, and something that brought me to tears. As I opened the 2nd envelope there were more paw prints, locks of fur, and a nose print. Little did they know, in my extreme grief, I didn’t think to ask for one. I cried for 2 days thinking I was never going to be able to get a nose print because it was too late. In closing, if you have a pet in distress, or a pet that is approaching the rainbow bridge i highly encourage you to become a client here. You will be met with knowledge, compassion, and a human connection even on your worst day. The staff here have my whole heart after my brief, but memorable interaction. Thank you from my toes to my nose. You are angels caring for our babies.

I’m so thankful that the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center is there when we need them. Each individual greets us when they step in the room, told us their name, and what their purpose was (i.e.: “I am here to take vitals,”). I wish that our medical doctors for humans did the same! Fast service by caring personnel.

The staff is so so caring each time we have had to go they were reassuring and listened to what we wanted. They also took the time to explain what was going on in the best way possible. They truly care.
