When I first started seeing Sarah, my stress , anxiety and panic attacks were so bad I could not leave my house. Harsha helped me discover and overcome a childhood trauma I had never fully understood before. I had experienced something at 2 years old that had me suffering from some social anxiety for the past 40 years.
