My experience with Renukha at Healthy Living Hypnosis is one of extreme gratitude. I first entered her office as a twisted bundle of nerves, misguided, misdirected emotions and riddled with confusion. Over the last 10 years, I’ve been on a journey to better understand my anxiety and find peace with it. Mr. Collier is a true gem and I feel blessed to have him in my life! He has a calming presence and has wisdom beyond his years. Secretly, when I would visit him every Friday I felt like I was going to visit my mentor. One story I would like to share is that when I was seeing Mr Collier, I was going thru some of the most physical pain of my life. We had just finished a session and I said to him, “You know what’s great about this hypnosis, is that I don’t feel the pain in my legs when we are dong it!” He asked me if I had an extra 20 minutes and proceeded to teach me how to do self hypnosis to calm the pain!
