That was my first time in urgent care and I was pleasantly surprised. Warm welcome, very short waiting for service and highly knowledgeable staff. My attending physician Doctor Marc Shapiro is a cut above the rest when it comes to diagnose and treating patients. I was very happy with the outcome. GOD BLESS DR. SHAPIRO.

Wow! What a fantastic service from Tanisha and Dr. Mele. My niece had a toe fracture during the weekend and they were so professional and accommodating. They even taught her to walk in crutches. Best urgent care and amazing providers.

I received medical attention yesterday. I felt terrible. Two girls greeted me at this Emergency Center. The experience was unique. The girl at the front desk, Maria, was kind and the medical assistant, Azarria, was very professional. They made me feel safe. They helped me with everything I needed. Thank you.

I use this clinic as my primary care provider, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. I saw Valerie for the first time, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly thorough and didn’t just glance at my blood work. She went through each result one by one, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, discussed what I needed to work on, and provided any referrals I needed.

Valerie and Talia are really wonderful! They helped me and explained every step of the examination. They were kind and great, checked my insurance, and arranged everything quickly. I highly recommend them! The service was perfect and at a very high level.

The best experience from the moment I walked in . Front check in nurse was outstanding and nice . When I met the doctor she was very helpful knowledgeable and her bed side manner were top notch. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with my visit. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends. Doctor Valerie Berman is the BEST.
