Working with Jen was extremely moving. Her breathwork incorporates a multi sensory experience which transports the client deep into their own inner world. Jen holds space for safety allowing for deep healing. I felt a wide range of emotions, I felt energies of past traumas moving through me, I was able to openly cry, yell, be within, and be as large a projector of energy as I needed to be in order to work through heavy blockages in my being. Afterwards, a calm feeling of lightness and reverence washed over me which carried me through the day. I felt the after effects of this work for weeks that followed. 1000/10, a must do for anyone seeking to purge and make space for new creations and energy.

My experience with Jen’s Breathwork was transformative, both physically and emotionally. As a 63-year-old Pilates instructor and artistic director of my dance company, Jen’s support and guided meditation were comforting and healing. While I’ve had many experiences with Breathwork and bodywork, Jen’s work was unlike anything else I’ve ever done. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a transformative personal experience that allows for growth in both the physical and spiritual bodies. Jen’s work has a profound impact on one’s well-being, and I would experience it repeatedly.

I contacted Andrew for hypnosis to aid in stress relief because I was told that stress was a contributing factor to some health symptoms I was experiencing. He was clear that hypnosis can be effective at reducing stress, but that I would have to be committed to the program. The way he explained it was easy to understand, and I decided to try it.

The hypnosis started working right away, and I am steadily losing pounds. 32 so far and I expect to reach my goal by the fall. Andrew also taught me how to hypnotize myself while I’m doing workouts. It really makes them better. I feel so positive about working out now where before I had to force myself to go to the gym.

I have tried to quit smoking for about ten years now. I was skeptical about remote hynosis but I am a true believer now. I will come back in a few months and update and let you know how my journey is going. So far greatest experience I have ever had and haven't had a cigarette or thought about one going on two weeks.

Phenomenal experience! I would have never thought that Hypnotherapy would be so powerful. I've tried guided meditations and they're neat and helpful, but this was so much more. I thought that I consciously understood what my issue was, but it wasn't until I saw from a different perspective while in hypnosis, that I was truly able to understand and finally able to release burdens the I'd been carrying for most of my life. 10 out of 10 for Candace.

I have really enjoyed my sessions with Candice. I went into it with the intention of only doing one session but have been back several times. I now see Candice regularly. She has amazing energy and is worth trying if you have ever thought about trying hypnosis. What you discuss and do not discuss is totally up to you. Pretty cool experience to see what is on your psyche.

Awesome experience. Candace is such a wonderful and caring person. I've done guided meditation in the past, but this is so much more profound.
