Very good service. Even before we brought our cat in, we were able to assess the situation over the phone. The estimates were clear, and they gave us options to provide the best care for our cat. They helped us find a vet for the surgery, and after the procedure, they took care of him for two nights. They even built him a little cardboard house, and we were able to visit him throughout his stay, even when they were busy. As an emergency clinic, it can get busy at times, but every time I called, they updated me on our cat’s situation and communicated with our vet to ensure he received the best care. It was a very difficult time seeing our cat so sick, but we were treated with empathy throughout the process, and they were a crucial part of our cat’s recovery. We are incredibly grateful to the staff at this clinic.

Staff is helpful and make sure your furry friend will be taken care of. We came in late at night because our dog decided to bite a toad and she ended up throwing up multiple times so we wanted to make sure she would be ok. The staff reassured us that she would be fine and ended up taking her vitals and let us know that we could monitor her at home rather than needing to pay for the visit since there would be nothing to treat. We appreciate how honest and caring they were and would absolutely come back again to this location.

We needed emergency care and the dr was patient and honest. They could have tried to push us to spend 5k or more based on fear etc, but the vet told us it could wait and gave us the recommendation to use Ace of Spays, who was absolutely wonderful and saved us a lot of money. If they were a day to day vet clinic we'd be coming here as our main vet.

Forest Creek was very thoughtful and thorough. Communication was excellent before, during and after procedures. Doctor Carter was very kind with his words, Techs were friendly and very good with pre and post instructions for care of my pets. Highly recommend Forest Creek Animal Hospital to anyone wanting excellent care for their fur babies.. Elsa and Ana...highly recommend!.

A random Google search led me to Forest Creek Animal Hospital as I recently moved to TX. I'm thankful that it did. I have 4 small dogs who were in need of a couple vaccinations and a new Veterinarian. Forest Creek was able to see all 4 dogs in a quick amount of time and tend to each of their individual needs. They were very professional and organized but above all patient and kind. I left the weight of worrying about finding a new Veterinarian for my pups that day behind me and for that I am truly grateful. I feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful place to care for my fur babies.

Forest Creek Animal Hospital is truly the best. I have a senior dog with some chronic health conditions and she receives excellent care. The staff is wonderful and all the veterinarians are amazing and very caring. So glad I chose them for my Teddy’s care.

I had a fantastic experience at Great Oaks Animal Hospital! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made both me and my pet, Rosy, feel completely at ease. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about her well-being. Rosy was in for a check-up and vaccines, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The vet and technicians took great care of her, explaining everything clearly and making sure she was comfortable the whole time. It’s obvious they truly love animals and are passionate about what they do. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care Rosy received. If you’re looking for a vet with a compassionate and knowledgeable team, I highly recommend Great Oaks Animal Hospital!.

As ALWAYS, the staff was super helpful, and Dr. Willis is the best vet!!! My senior dog had a seizure for the first time, I called and they squeezed me into an immediate appt. I’m so grateful for their care and dedication to my pet!!! They have shown this kind of care with my previous dog, and the 12 years of this one. I trust them totally!!.

Great Oaks has been the best thing to happen for our family and sanity. 5 years trying to find a vet that could provide any sort of consistency in service. We’ve recently had some situations occur with our pups, and they either provide advice or have found ways to squeeze us in out of genuine concern. We never feel like a burden here, and you can tell that the people truly care. Thank y’all!.
