Amazing experience - as a practicing hypnotist myself I have often thought that helping clients heal often feels like a game of chess as clients reveal their positions and using trance I guide them to rearrange their board pieces so that they win whatever goal they are with me to achieve. I’m one week post first session. We started with an in depth conversation and rounded it out with hypnotherapy. My goal is to remove junk food and candy from my life, along with overall healthier life style choices. This week has been great, I haven’t indulged in either junk food nor candy and I haven’t engaged in late night eating. It’s feeling pretty seamless and I’m grateful. Looking forward to more sessions with Monica as she helps me heal, grow and thrive. Absolutely recommend Monica 5/5.
