I received hypnosis to help with my overeating problem and it truly worked, I lost over 10lbs. I was given a track to listen to and I would always fall asleep when listening. Anytime I ate out, “fast food” I would feel nauseous which was good because I would avoid it. But because of my job there weren’t a lot of options for me to eat healthy, so I kept eating unhealthy and my nausea stayed; I even thought that I was pregnant. One day I made myself stay awake during the time I was listening to the track and it said literally “you feel nauseous when you eat unhealthy food”. I stopped listening to the CD and the nausea went away. I didn’t follow through because I got lazy trying to cook healthy meals. This hypnosis helped me because I was able to exercise more because of the weight I lost and I built the stamina so I felt good. I am going to give it another try but this time I am going to get hypnosis for procrastination (so I can grocery shop for healthy food to prepare meals more often, instead of being lazy and buying fast food).
