Suzanne has been such a blessing in my life. I have been seeing her for health/wellness using hypnotherapy to lose weight, as well as coaching for life, and spirituality. Before the hypnotherapy, I had tried everything to lose the weight I had suddenly put on during the pandemic, I even had my doctor adjust my medication to include one that works as an appetite suppressant, and nothing had worked. Since my first hypnotherapy session with Suzanne, I have now lost 20 lbs....and I am not really even trying. I believe the weight loss has to do with not only the hypnosis, but also her amazing skills and insight as a life coach. I have never felt so strong, and so hopeful in all areas of my life. Not only do I feel and look better, my fibromyalgia pain has decreased, and others around me have also noticed the difference. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression for many years, her insight has helped me tremendously to become aware of myself, and behaviors that had caused me trouble in my past. Coping with life's difficulties has suddenly become something that I continue to get better and better at. My relationships with people in my life have strengthened. I feel for the first time, maybe ever....that I can be my authentic self, and it feels amazing.

Suzanne from awakeninghearts333 is quite the spirit. She has had such a passion for what she does and it shows. A genuine soul always trying to help people be thier greatest self. she defiantly helped me find direction when I was lost. Our talks definitely make me think deeply and makes look within myself. And question everything. I’m calmer and think before I give my energy.
