“Dr. Cindy Hum graduated from Arizona State University, where she completed summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences. Dr. Hum completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Midwestern University in 2020 and a Family Practice Residency in 2021. Dr. Hum trained at Lawton Indian Health Hospital, the Midwestern University Eye Institute, Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, and Accent Eye Care. During her residency, she completed advanced training at the Eye Institute, Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, and Valleywise Comprehensive Health Center. She has clinical interests in different optometry specialties, including co-management in ophthalmology, dry eye, pediatrics, ocular disease, acquired brain injuries, and specialty contact lenses. She is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, American Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Optometry.”
