After a little research I found that Adena Ray had some very impressive credentials, so I made an appointment. At reception I met Sheiri who was helpful, efficient & friendly. When I met Adena she was smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to see me. She used many tools to help me improve and I have improved immensely! I am so glad I found her!

I highly recommend! No complaints at all! If you need to talk and get some feedback for whatever you're going through, you've come to the right place...and if they can't help you, they have resources for which they can guide you in the right direction also.

I've been seeing Adena since March (via telehealth) and she has been amazing! She's helped me work through my anxiety and given me techniques to manage it. She is very honest and personal and I really appreciate that. This is the best I've felt in a long time and I can't thank her enough.
