My cat (Mia) had an emergency that needed immediate attention. I had called the Roadrunner office to see if I could bring her in. The receptionist checked with a vet and informed me that my cat could be seen if I brought her in ASAP. Mia was seen promptly by Dr. Riley and a vet tech. I really wish I could remember the vet tech's name, because he was so attentive once the Dr. completed the emergency exam of Mia. Both the doctor and the tech showed great care, and genuine concern for Mia's health. A medical treatment plan was drafted by Dr. Riley and explained to me by the vet tech. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Attention to detail was a priority the entire visit. I truly appreciate all of the staff that worked together to make this a less stressful visit for Mia. They were all very wonderful. I will recommend them to anyone looking for vet services. Mia has been doing very well thanks to the vet staff here.

They are simply magical I was a reck taking my dog there because she’s a lot to handle and she is very temperamental and very agile around anybody that’s not our family on top of that, it’s kind of gotten worse with her age but everybody that worked there, including the Doctor that worked on her knew exactly what had to be done and executed it with perfection. They made her feel safe and comfortable when they brought her back into the room without her muzzle I was utterly shocked. She was happy and even wagging her tail last time we took her anywhere she wouldn’t look at us for weeks But when we took her here, she was a whole brand new puppy give them a shot. They will be my lifelong vet.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care our two pups always receive here. Even when we showed up without an appointment, they welcomed us with open arms and offered a recommendation at no charge, just to make sure our pets were taken care of. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine compassion mean the world to us. We will always trust them with our fur babies.

I am a new large dog owner with lots of questions. Dr. Long quickly made our Komondor puppy feel comfortable. Exam was efficient and not hurried. Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. I was able to send questions by email and those were promptly responded too as well. Very friendly and patient-oriented office.

I recently brought my scared kitty in for a mani/pedi. Tiffani was the sweetest vet tech listening to all my fears and concerns. Luckily they were able to have Zoe taken care of. I want to thank Tiffani for her patience with both my Zoe and her human.

Everyone at the Vistancia Animal Hospital is wonderful. Patient, kind and knowledgable. Tiffani explained everything with expertise and full disclosure. Our newly adopted Rocky felt safe and calm! Thanks everyone.

Highly recommend. The staff are friendly, professional, and they run on time. The facility is nice and cleaned well, and the staff work to help keep my dogs comfortable as much as possible. The staff were kind and compassionate when it was time for two of my dogs to cross the rainbow bridge. I've taken 5 of my pets here over the years, and have never had anything to complain about. Shout out especially to Dr. Snow.

Dr. S is the first vet to get me to a solution for my rescue cat's fear of having her nails trimmed. Different drugs hadn't worked but he found a solution. I can now do them myself with no stress for anyone! He is knowledgeable, thorough & creative in helping clients. Thank you.

Always professional and would highly recommend Dr. Satkus and the rest of his docs and staff. Thank you for taking such good care of my beloved Riley.
